HubSync Client FAQ’s

What is HubSync?

HubSync is our new client portal.  Improved functionality includes real-time tracking of information requests, file delivery along with messaging capabilities between you and your EisnerAmper team.

What will happen to the existing portal I currently use?

Our “existing” portal remains operational. If you are currently working with your EisnerAmper team in the existing portal, then you will continue to exchange files within the existing platform without interruption.  If you have any questions regarding which portal, you should be using or plans to move to HubSync, please reach out directly to your EisnerAmper team.

Why did EisnerAmper make this change?

Our new HubSync portal provides a higher level of engagement with you, our clients. Our messaging capabilities along with real-time tracking of information exchanged are now available.  Our new HubSync platform allows us to deliver a seamless information exchange experience.

How can I upload files within this HubSync portal?

Digital files can be securely uploaded in two ways. First, you can upload singular files on the respective line item that shows the request. Additionally, you can upload files in bulk within the “File” tab.  Detailed instructions on file uploading and platform functionality can be viewed by watching the Instructional video.

How can I turn off notifications?

Within your gateway view (dashboard), you will see your name in the top right hand corner.  Click on your name and select "notifications".  You will then be presented with three options concerning email notifications: 

  • Instant
  • Daily
  • Never

Each of these options can be applied to specific actions with active HubSync modules.
